A collection of written work exploring staying, awareness and integration. These pieces move between reflection, structure and lived experience.
Mending the Fray
A collection of reflections written from within the process of living through rupture, awareness, and repair. These pieces were not formed at a distance or shaped after resolution but written while patterns were still unfolding—while clarity was incomplete, while the body was still responding, and while the work of staying was still active.
This writing does not attempt to resolve experience. It remains inside of it—tracking the shifts, the resistance, the returns, and the quiet recognitions that occur as something begins to come into awareness.
The reflections move through moments of tension, honesty, and integration, offering a grounded look at what it means to stay present with what is changing, rather than moving past it. What emerges is not instruction, but a record of lived experience as it reorganizes in real time
Mending the Fray Deck
A self-reflection deck currently in development, created to support real-time awareness and integration.
Each card offers a grounded entry point into what is already unfolding within you—without pressure, without performance.
Designed to be used alongside or independent of the written work, the deck invites a more immediate, intuitive way of engaging the process of repair.
Seasons of Recovery
This work was not written to explain recovery.
It was written from inside of it—over time, across years, through the lived experience of staying, leaving, returning, resisting, and beginning again.
What unfolds here is not a linear path forward, but a series of phases that revisit, deepen, and reorganize. The same places are met more than once, but each time with a different level of awareness, capacity, and truth.
These reflections hold the quieter moments that are often missed—the internal negotiations, the moments of pause, the places where stability and discomfort exist at the same time. Where something is shifting, even if it is not yet fully understood.
Rather than offering direction, this work stays with the process itself. It reflects what it means to remain present through change, to build relationship with what is unfolding, and to allow integration to happen in its own time.
This is not a guide to move past experience.
It is a record of what it takes to stay with it

Mending the Fray is a collection of reflective letters for anyone learning to stay present with themselves as they change.
These pages don’t push or prescribe—they create space for what’s already moving within you to be seen.
