I create journals for the places in life that ask us to pay attention.
Some are made for looking inward—at the stories we carry, the patterns we repeat, the beliefs we've inherited, and the parts of ourselves we don't always know how to name. Others are practical companions for experiences that can become complicated, overwhelming, or simply difficult to keep track of.
Each journal is created with a different purpose, but they share the same intention: to give you a place to gather what you're living through, notice what might otherwise be missed, and make sense of your own experience in your own words.
These aren't journals about becoming someone else. They're places to meet yourself where you are.

Behind the Light was created as a place to explore the parts of ourselves that are often easier to avoid than understand.
Shadow work isn't only about what we consider dark, difficult, or painful. Our shadows can form around anger, fear, shame, relationships, money, love, boundaries, the rules we learned to live by, and even the good qualities we were taught to hide or make smaller.
Through guided prompts and reflection, Behind the Light invites you to notice those hidden parts with curiosity rather than judgment. It offers space to examine where your patterns came from, what they may have once protected, and whether they still belong in the life you're living now.
This isn't about digging for something wrong with you. It's about becoming more aware of everything that has been living behind the light—and allowing more of yourself to be seen.

We all carry stories about who we are, what we're capable of, what we deserve, and how the world works. Some came from our own experiences. Others were handed to us so early that we may never have stopped to ask whether we actually believe them.
The Stories We Carry is a guided journal for noticing those stories and becoming curious about the ways they continue to shape our choices, relationships, expectations, and sense of self.
Through reflection and thoughtful prompts, the journal explores beliefs, recurring patterns, identity, change, and the different versions of ourselves we've been along the way. It creates room to recognize what still feels true, what may have outlived its usefulness, and what you're beginning to understand differently.
You don't have to erase the stories that brought you here. Sometimes you simply need enough space to recognize which ones you still want to carry.

Keeping track of your health can become a job of its own. Appointments happen with different providers, medications change, symptoms come and go, tests are ordered, questions are forgotten, and important information can end up scattered across paperwork, patient portals, calendars, and memory.
My Medical Journal was created to give all of that information one organized place to live.
With dedicated space for appointments, diagnoses, medications and supplements, symptoms, triggers, testing, treatment plans, healthcare providers, monthly calendars, notes, and personal records, the journal helps you build a clearer picture of your health over time.
Bring it to appointments, record changes as they happen, prepare questions you don't want to forget, and keep the information that matters accessible when you need it.
Your health story can contain a lot of moving pieces. This journal was designed to help you keep hold of them.

Recovery has seasons.
There are times of movement and growth, times when everything feels newly possible, and times when the work is simply staying where you are and allowing yourself to rest. Progress doesn't always move in a straight line, and healing rarely follows the schedule we imagine for it.
The Seasons of Recovery Journal was created as a place to notice those changing seasons. It offers room to reflect on where you are, what you're learning, what you're carrying, what you're releasing, and the small changes that can be difficult to recognize while you're living through them.
This journal isn't about measuring recovery by how quickly you move forward. It's about paying attention to your own experience as it changes—and recognizing that every season has something to teach you about where you've been, where you are, and where you may be going next.

Mending the Fray was created for the places in life that don't resolve themselves neatly.
There are experiences that change us, relationships that leave loose ends, losses we continue to carry, and parts of our own stories that can take years to understand. Sometimes healing isn't about putting everything back the way it was. Sometimes it's learning how to live honestly with what has changed.
This journal offers space to reflect on those experiences without requiring an answer, a lesson, or a perfectly finished version of the story. It is a place for the thoughts that need somewhere to land, the things you are still making sense of, and the pieces of yourself you may be learning to hold differently.
Mending doesn't mean erasing the fray. It means tending to what remains with enough care that you can continue forward without pretending it never happened.
